Drawing on the frameworks of Schema Therapy, Relational Integrative EMDR, and trauma-informed practices, this online workshop explores the deep-seated familial wounds that shape emotional and relational patterns.

Participants will:

Learn practical tools to identify intergenerational trauma within family narratives
Apply innovative therapeutic techniques to address entrenched patterns
Develop strategies to foster healing across generations
